GENERAL REQUIREMENTS & CONDUCT

SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK

The gates are to remain closed and locked at all times. The pool can be accessed with a pool key. Under no circumstances should the gates be propped open.

Residents, their guests and family members will be required to sign in at the front gate whenever entering the pool area. All information must be completely filled out with each visit. Residents who do not complete the information may be approached by a Board or Pool Committee member or Monitor and asked to complete the form or leave the pool area. ( PLEASE NOTE: This procedure has been put in to place to insure that the pool is being utilized by current members and guests only and to provide an identifying tool in the event of an emergency. So everyone's cooperation is appreciated.)

A member of the Board or Pool Committee or an appointed Monitor is in authority at all times.

Proper swim attire is required. Children who are not toilet trained are required to wear swim diapers.

Conduct by any person deemed to be dangerous, unreasonable or offensive (including horseplay or the use of profanity) is grounds for discipline and ejection from the pool by Board Member, Pool Committee Member or Monitor. Any individual disciplined repeatedly, or for serious infractions, will lose all pool privileges for the rest of the season.

Running or speed walking within the pool area is prohibited.

Pets, bicycles, skateboards or motorized cycles are not allowed in the pool or pavilion area. Knives, guns and anything else considered to be a weapon are not allowed in the pool or pavilion area.

Food shall be consumed away from the pool area only. Residents are responsible for cleaning up after themselves. Trash cans are provided in the pool area.

Tobacco products, chewing gum and alcohol are not allowed within the pool area.

Swim safely and treat others, as you would like to be treated.

In the event of a thunderstorm, swimmers are to clear the pool during the storm and for at least thirty minutes after lightning and/or thunder has ceased. Patrons are welcome to stay in the pool area during this time, but are cautioned to stay a safe distance from the water.
